How to find and export your Arrivy data for AI training

Arrivy has no published screen that shows how much data you have, so you count tasks in its reporting with the date range set to every date you have used it, and Arrivy support can give a count of tasks, customers and attachments if you cannot find one. Arrivy documents no self-serve export and its help center is open only to signed-in customers, so the full history comes through a support request, or through the Arrivy API, which is listed only on Enterprise and Custom plans. Below, you'll find what Arrivy data is and why AI labs and data vendors buy it, how to count your tasks, what to know before you apply, the export routes, and what stays private.

Key takeaways

  • Arrivy publishes no data-size screen, so you count tasks in its reporting with the date range covering every date you have used it, or ask Arrivy support for counts of tasks, customers and attachments.
  • Arrivy's pricing page lists Advanced Reporting on Premium and API access on Enterprise and Custom plans, and nothing public documents export formats or limits.
  • For the full history of tasks, notes, forms and photos, ask Arrivy support how to export it, and have a developer use the API if your plan includes it.
  • You don't need to export anything to apply: have your task count, years of history and seat count ready, and the data vendor anonymizes the records before any AI lab sees them.

01

What is Arrivy data, and why do AI labs and data vendors buy it?

The short answer

Arrivy data is the record of field work as it was scheduled and then carried out, kept in Arrivy, the software that service and delivery companies use to assign crews to jobs and track them to the customer's door. AI labs (companies that build and train AI models) and data vendors (companies that anonymize business records and package them for those labs) buy a copy because each Arrivy job shows the plan next to what really happened.

What an Arrivy account records

Arrivy organizes work into tasks, where a task is one job for a customer, assigned to a crew and given a time window. As the job moves, the task collects status updates such as en route, on site, delayed and completed, along with travel time, work time and mileage. Crews can attach photos and fill in digital forms, and customers can leave ratings after the visit, according to Arrivy's features page.

Why a task teaches an AI model something

An AI model learns by studying a very large number of examples and finding the patterns in them, and those examples are called training data. An Arrivy task is useful because it holds both the schedule and the outcome, so a model can see how long a job was expected to take, how long it took and whether the customer was satisfied. Thousands of tasks show which delays repeat and which crews and routes run on time.

AI labs now also want to train AI agents, software that carries out a job step by step, and an agent learns a job from records of that job being done. A dispatching agent could study how past schedules changed during the day and be scored on how close its plan comes to what the crews did. The full mechanism is in AI training data: why AI companies want your company's data.

How Arrivy fits into a dataset

Arrivy is usually one of several apps in a company's dataset, next to the system that holds its customers and invoices. Companies are paid $100K to $2M or more per dataset, according to micro1, the data vendor we typically refer companies to. The price covers the whole dataset, not each app on its own, and what your data is worth explains what moves it.

02

Where does Arrivy show how much data you have?

The short answer

Arrivy does not publish a screen that shows the size of your data, so you count tasks in its reporting with the date range set to cover every date you have used it. Reporting is part of the Standard and Premium plans, and the help center that would explain the exact menus is open only to signed-in customers. When no total appears, Arrivy support can look up how many tasks, customers and attachments your account holds.

How to count your tasks

Arrivy's public pages give no menu path for reports, so the steps below stay general and Arrivy support can name the exact screens on your plan.

  1. Sign in as a user who can see reports.
  2. Open Arrivy's reporting and set the date range so it covers the whole time you have used Arrivy.
  3. Note the total number of tasks.
  4. If the reports show no total, ask Arrivy support for the number of tasks, customers and attachments on your account.

What each plan gives you

The plan decides how much reporting you have and whether a developer can reach your data directly. The table reflects Arrivy's pricing page and its features page.

What each Arrivy plan lists for reporting and API access
PlanReportingAPI access
StandardPerformance Reporting, which covers team productivity, job completion and on-time performance (tier to be confirmed, see below). Not listed.
PremiumAdvanced Reporting.Not listed.
Enterprise and CustomAsk Arrivy which reports your plan includes.Listed.

Arrivy's pages describe Performance Reporting without saying which tier carries it, so confirm it with Arrivy support if the report does not appear in your account.

03

What should you know about your Arrivy data before you apply?

The short answer

Have three facts ready: how many tasks your Arrivy account holds, how many years it covers and how many people have full user accounts. They go into the data manifest, the written summary of which apps hold your records, how many years each covers and roughly how much. You don't need to run an export to find them.

The task count

The count is the total number of tasks from reporting, covering all dates. Report tasks as the number of records.

The years of history

The years of history run from the date of your first task, or from the day your company started using Arrivy if you cannot see the first task. Count the whole span.

The number of seats

A seat is a person with their own user account. Arrivy's pricing page lists Helpers separately, an add-on for crew members who work with limited access to their assigned jobs, so give the number of full users as your seats and mention the Helpers in a note.

What you don't need to do first

You don't need to export anything to apply, and you don't need to clean or scrub records. The data vendor anonymizes the records before anyone else sees them, and nothing moves until a lawyer-reviewed license is signed. The application, the intro call and each later step are laid out in how to sell your company's data.

04

How do you export your full Arrivy history?

The short answer

Arrivy documents no self-serve export, so the way to get your full history is to ask Arrivy support for an export of every task, its notes, its forms and its photos. On an Enterprise or Custom plan, a developer can also retrieve task data through the Arrivy API. Arrivy's public pages state no export formats or limits, and they do not list API access on Standard or Premium.

Route one: ask Arrivy support

Support is the way in on any plan, because nothing public describes the export screens. The request is short, and the steps below keep it complete.

  1. Write to Arrivy support from your account and ask for an export covering every task, with its notes, forms and photos.
  2. Ask which file formats the export uses and whether it has size or date-range limits.
  3. Ask whether photos and form attachments come with the export or need a separate download.
  4. Confirm the date range covers every year you have used Arrivy.

Route two: the Arrivy API, on Enterprise and Custom plans

An API (application programming interface) is a way for one program to ask another for data directly. Arrivy's pricing page lists API access on its Enterprise plan and on some Custom plans, so a developer on one of those plans can retrieve task data this way. Arrivy's public pages do not document the endpoints, so the developer will need Arrivy's API reference from your account.

THREE WAYS TO REACH ARRIVY DATA Which route fits which plan ReportsStandard, Premium Ask Arrivy supportAny plan API (developer)Enterprise, Custom Public pages list no export formats.
Arrivy publishes no data-size screen or export instructions, so there are three routes: count tasks in reports, ask support for an export, or have a developer use the API where the plan includes it.

What the public pages do not tell you

Because Arrivy's help center asks you to sign in, its own export guidance is not visible to people outside a customer account. If you can sign in, search the help center for export instructions before you contact support. The format, the row limits and the handling of photos and form attachments are all unconfirmed until Arrivy answers.

05

What stays private when Arrivy data is licensed?

The short answer

The data vendor replaces names and other identifying details with consistent stand-ins before an AI lab sees anything, and the company decides which records are in scope. The company keeps ownership of its Arrivy history, and the license covers defined records for a defined use.

You choose what is in scope

Arrivy tasks carry customer names, addresses, phone numbers and photos taken at customers' homes. The company decides which parts it shares, and photos or form attachments can stay out if the company prefers. The data vendor also deletes records too sensitive to clean safely instead of anonymizing them.

Names are replaced before a lab sees them

Anonymization means replacing every detail that identifies a person, such as a name or an address, with a stand-in that is the same every time it appears. A task then still shows the schedule and the outcome, but no longer says whose home it was. The method is in how company data is anonymized for AI training.

Ownership and payment

Licensing gives the buyer limited rights to a copy, while the company keeps ownership of the originals. The terms that matter, such as exclusivity, permitted use and deletion, are covered in data licensing. micro1 pays in full within 30 days of accepting the data, usually as a single payment.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which Arrivy plans include API access?

Enterprise and Custom plans. Arrivy's pricing page lists API access there and does not list it for Standard or Premium.

Why can't we open Arrivy's help articles?

Arrivy's help center asks you to sign in to a customer account first, so anyone without a login cannot read it. Search it while signed in, or ask Arrivy support for the export steps.

How should we count Arrivy seats?

Count the people with full user accounts as your seats, and mention separately any Helpers, the add-on Arrivy offers for crew members who see only their assigned jobs.

Does Arrivy show a total anywhere?

Not on any public page we found. Count tasks in reporting with the date range set to all dates, or ask Arrivy support for a count of tasks, customers and attachments.

Do photos and forms come with an Arrivy export?

That is not documented publicly. Ask Arrivy support whether photos and form attachments are included in an export of your account's history.

Do we need to export Arrivy before we apply?

No. The application takes about two minutes and shares no data. You only need your task count, your years of history and your seat count for the intro call. The export happens later, after you sign the license.

What is Arrivy data worth to AI labs and data vendors?

Arrivy history is priced as part of a whole dataset rather than on its own. Companies are paid $100K to $2M or more per dataset, according to micro1, and the price depends on the years of history and how completely the records show each job. What your data is worth explains the factors.

Bottom line

Know what is in Arrivy, then see what it is worth

You don't need to export anything to apply. Apply in two minutes, describe your records on the intro call, and micro1, the data vendor we typically refer companies to, prices the whole dataset and sends an offer 1–2 days later.
