Accepting these terms

These terms apply to your use of thecorner.ai and the pages under it (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you agree for that company too. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

Who we are

The site is run by The Corner AI LLC ("The Corner", "we", "us"), a Washington limited liability company. Contact us at zach@thecorner.ai.

What we offer

Data. Our Data pages explain how companies can license their operating data to AI labs through micro1, and how people can earn by referring companies to micro1. The Corner is an independent referral partner of micro1. We are not micro1, its employee or its representative, and we can't make offers, approve applications or bind micro1 to anything.

• Whether a company qualifies, what it is offered and how its data is transferred are decided by the company and micro1 under micro1's own agreements.
• Payout and reward figures on our pages come from micro1's published pages and public reporting at the date shown. They are ranges, not guarantees, and micro1 sets the final terms.
• Referral rewards are paid by micro1 to referrers under micro1's referral program terms. We don't pay them and can't guarantee them.
• When a company applies through our link and its data is accepted, micro1 may pay us a referral fee.

Search and Design. Our Search campaigns (hiring and lead generation) and Design work (websites) are provided under a separate proposal or agreement signed with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Pricing and results. Prices on our pricing page are indicative and only become binding in a signed agreement. Case studies and campaign figures describe past results for specific clients. Your results will depend on your market, offer and other factors, and we can't promise the same outcome.

Using the site

Please don't:

• break the law or anyone else's rights using the site;
• try to get into parts of the site or our systems you're not meant to, or disrupt or overload them;
• scrape, copy or republish large parts of the site, or use automated tools against our forms or website builder, without our written permission;
• send us anything harmful, misleading or that you don't have the right to share;
• misuse our referral links, for example by spamming them or presenting yourself as The Corner or micro1.

We may suspend access to anyone who breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics, code and branding belong to The Corner or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy, sell or reuse them otherwise without our written permission. micro1 and other names we mention are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe their services.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Third-party sites

The site links to sites we don't control, including micro1's sign-up pages and sources we cite. We aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and a link isn't an endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

No professional advice

Content on the site, including our Info Hub articles, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Before you license data, sign an agreement or make a business decision, talk to your own lawyer, accountant or adviser. In particular, have a lawyer confirm you have the right to license any data before it leaves your company.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the site is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Information can go out of date, particularly third-party figures and market conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, The Corner won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

This section doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law, and it doesn't change the liability terms in any signed client agreement.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, arising from that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless a signed client agreement says otherwise or the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
